Evolve benefits from four bookable, state-of-the-art meeting and training rooms that have smart boards, interactive white boards, video conferencing, internet access and free wi-fi. We can accommodate between 6 and 12 people in our meeting rooms.

In addition to the larger conference spaces, our prestigious boardroom seats up to 20 people, with extra informal breakout space. Our centres team are on hand to support with meet and greets, AV set-up and catering. Meeting rooms can be booked for half days and full days.

Small Meeting Rooms 3 and 4.

Meeting room 3 and 4 have spaces for up to 6 people so ideal for that smaller meeting, conducting interviews or one to one training sessions. Each has access to AV equipment, flip charts, use of conference calling, connection to internet via free wi-fi.

Conference Room 1 and 2.

Larger rooms which can be used independently or together to provide boardroom style space for 30 or theatre style space for 50. Rooms boast audio/video conferencing facilities, interactive whiteboards, flipcharts, access to the internet. Plus a PA system is available to supplement the professional inbuilt facilities.

A smart, high quality prestigious space seating up to 20, perfect for formal board meetings and bound to impress your clients and visitors. Features include video conferencing, a small informal break out area with comfortable seating, adjacent is a small separate kitchen area for the preparation and serving of refreshments and catering.
